ProjectDie Gallura ist eines der bekanntesten und angesehensten Restaurants auf Sardinien. Im Herbst letzten Jahres durfte ich eine Woche lang dort hospitieren, Rita Denza und ihrem Team in die Töpfe schauen und, noch viel wichtiger, fotografieren. Wir hoffen, zusammen mit den Freunden ihrer wunderbaren Küche, dass daraus der Rahmen für ihre Rezepte wird und wir damit der Flut von Kochbüchern ein kleines, feines über Sardinien´s kulinarische Genüsse hinzufügen können |
